Location: Woodville Description/Notes: Woodville ISD is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and hardworking individual to fill the role of Assistant Band Director for the school year. All candidates will be considered. Duties will include: Assisting the high school band and team teaching our beginning classes and junior high band. Woodville ISD is a 3A program set in the beautiful lakes area of SE Texas, about an hour north of Beaumont or southeast of Lufkin, and minutes from some of the best fishing, hunting, and recreation in the country. The administration, school board, and community is supportive with recent purchases including a new 28 foot band trailer, instruments, and ongoing funding for additional instrument and equipment needs. Our students are hard working and motivated. Qualifications: Required Teaching Endorsement Salary Range: Pay is based on the district schedule and will include extra days as well as a stipend.
